Year Round Fun!  This home has a breathtaking view and has 1,000 ft. of waterfront with its own private boat ramp for you and your family to enjoy.  Located on the public side of the lake, this home sits on 1 acre and offers tons of privacy.  It comes with a fire pit, gazebo (with eating area), a boathouse, and private ramp on the property.  The boat dock comes with dual boat dock and 2 jet ski lifts.  Your friends and family will enjoy fishing off the dock, and there is a protected swimming area.  There is a propane grill, lawn chairs and picnic tables which sit under tall trees with beautiful views of the lake. There is ample parking, even a covered parking space large enough for a camper.

Enjoy the Florida room with games and a rocking chair that offers a 270-degree view of the lake.  There are family friendly games, and a small library for your reading pleasure.

Don’t forget to bring your boat, jet skis, etc., because you can launch from the property and take a ride by boat to enjoy a meal at The Cove, Tim’s restaurant, or Anna Cabana  Restaurant.
